Summer’s Twilight

I spent a lot of the summers of my youth hanging out at my cousin’s camp on a lake in the Adirondack Park in upstate New York. My favorite time was twilight. We would sit on the dock and watch the sun fade. This contemporary abstract painting is derived from that memory, the silver exposed to reflect the light of the evening sky on the lake.
